How do I know this will actually work on MY skin tone/type?

We get it—online shopping for makeup is risky! That’s why we show real customers (not just models) wearing our products across different skin tones. Our TLips glosses are universally flattering because they’re buildable and sheer enough to enhance your natural lip color. For TEyes, we provide swatches on light, medium, and deep skin tones.

If this is “long-lasting,” does that mean it’s drying or uncomfortable?

Not at all! That’s exactly why we created our “Lite As Air” formula. Our TLips gloss lasts 6 hours without transferring, but it feels weightless and hydrating—not sticky or drying. Our TEyes powders give you 12-hour wear without creasing or feeling heavy.

We tested these on real people (including Sandy, who wears makeup 12+ hours a day) to make sure comfort wasn’t sacrificed for performance. You shouldn’t have to choose between the two.

You say “non-transferring” lip gloss—does that mean it won’t come off when I eat or drink?

Honest answer: Our TLips gloss is designed to minimize transfer (it won’t leave marks on cups or your partner’s face), but if you’re eating greasy food or drinking hot liquids, you’ll need a touch-up. It’s not a permanent stain—it’s a comfortable, long-wearing gloss that lasts 6 hours under normal conditions.

We test everything in real life (Sandy wears it through coffee, meetings, and meals), so we give you the truth, not marketing fluff. Reapply after eating, and you’re golden!

How long will this product actually last me? Is it worth the price per use?

Great question! Our TLips glosses contain 0.15 oz (4.5 ml) and typically last 2–3 months with daily use (longer if you rotate shades). TEyes palettes have highly pigmented formulas, so a little goes a long way—expect 6–12 months depending on frequency.

Our formulas are buildable, so you control how much you use. We’d rather you get great value than run out in a week!

What happens if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?

We’ve got you covered! If your package is lost, damaged, or doesn’t arrive, email us immediately at team@mytubescosmetics.com. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund—no hassle, no hoops to jump through.

We use tracked shipping on all orders, so we can monitor delivery. Your satisfaction matters more than anything, and we’ll make it right.

Ingredients & Safety

Is this actually cruelty-free, or just marketing talk?

100% cruelty-free, and we mean it. We don’t test on animals, and neither do our suppliers. Our products are manufactured in an FDA-approved facility that adheres to strict cruelty-free standards. We’re working toward official certifications (Leaping Bunny is next on our list), but our commitment is real and non-negotiable.

I have sensitive skin/allergies. Can I see the full ingredient list before I buy?

Absolutely! We list full ingredients on every product page, and if you have specific concerns (fragrance, parabens, etc.), email us before you buy. Sandy personally reviews every formula, and we’re happy to answer questions about specific ingredients.

Our products are FDA-approved and tested for safety, but we know everyone’s skin is different. Better to ask first than risk a reaction!
